IMG_0099 (1)

This Sunday, Clubhouse has a rather special offer of East Sussex pheasant, pot roasted in cider with sage, bacon and savoy cabbage, served with creamed mashed potatoes. We tried it last night and can honestly say its one of the tastiest roasts we’ve had! Highly recommended but essential that you pre-order this as we’ve got very limited supplies.

Roast Pheasant for two £30 which comes with a delicious bottle of Turners cider (Kent).

Also on the menu this week

Sussex Smokie – locally sourced smoked haddock in a rich cheese sauce topped with mashed potatoes

or

Vegetarian Cottage Pie – A warming blend of vegetables and lentils in stock and red wine, topped with mashed potatoes

Both served with minted peas and grilled courgettes.
