Tom will be firing up the wood fire oven again and rolling out some of his delicious pizzas, should the weather be good you can sit in the garden. Joy! Our bar is fully stocked, we have some new tasty local ciders and ales and table tennis will be on hand should you need it…

This week is a local roast beef with Yorkshire puds or a Butternut Dauphinoise, both are served with roasted new potatoes, glazed carrots and seasonal greens. Pud is a choice of Banoffee Pie or a homegrown fruit crumble!

In other news…

We have a new Pilates class starting soon, lead by local wonder, Sally Paffard. The classes will run on Tuesday 7.30pm – 8.30pm (starting 12 September)  and Wednesday 9am-10am (starting 13 September) for six weeks at a cost of £10 per class.  For further info see her website and please contact Sally directly to book sallypaffard@gmail.com

This Thursday from 7pm, come and have a bite to eat, a drink from the bar, a round of table tennis, take a seat in the garden…or you could come and browse the latest line by in house clothing boutique, Clothesline. New to the line is their take on the swimsuit, fancy!

Also available from 7 (until 9) are a choice of our cracking hand made pies. This week you can choose from local chicken or vegetable, both in puff pastry and served up with fries and salad.

In other news, our bar is now stocking select choices from local wine wizards, Borough Wines. We have whites, reds and a rose all available by the glass, bottle and carafe and each taste as good as the next!
