We are happy to be part of this years Coastal Currents Art Festival where, this year, we’ll be opening our studios and also a large format print exhibition within the main dining area and bar. Lunches will be served, delicious homemade pies and tarts with recipes past down through our family. Our bar will be open throughout for hot and cold drinks plus home made cakes.

BLOG: The Beacon, Hastings 
Hello, Beacon friends! Did you know that there are more people with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) than there are vegans? It’s not often mentioned because it’s all about digestive problems and no-one wants to hear that. As someone with IBS, which means avoiding wheat, barley and rye (but loving rice, potato, spelt and bulghur) it would be really nice if you could specify if you are providing gluten-free options, eg for the cakes and pizzas. Otherwise I would assume there would not be these options.
