£10 supper is homemade tahini & hummus & falafel, griddled courgettes, salad & pitta bread
£12 supper is lamb koftas, cucumber & yoghurt dip, butter beans, salad and griddled courgettes
£12 home-cured salmon smorgasbord, with smoked mackerel pate, homemade pickled dill cucumber & potato salad
Also on the menu are the delicious fresh garden fruit cocktails – £7 with vodka, £5 with soda water.

Sunday Lunch 12.30-4ish Roast






- Roast chicken, herby stuffing
- Beacon best Nut Roast, celeriac steak, squash puree (vegan option)
Each served with Yorkshire pudding (unless vegan), roasties, seasonal vegetables and a home brewed gravy.
- Sussex Smokie (its back!); Smoked haddock in a creamy cheese sauce, topped with a grilled crumb. Served with garlic roast tomatoes, roasties and fresh greens.
