Raspberries, rhubarb and a glut of greens!

Our dedicated time is now beginning to pay off as we see our garden spring into life; offering up peas, lettuces, chard, fresh herbs and more on the way. We are so pleased to use our home grown produce in what we cook and serve and will endeavour to make it a large part of our future moving forward…

This weeks menu, available to order now for Sunday…

Starter Box £7.50 – whipped Feta, slow cooked vine tomatoes in garlic oil and home grown mixed leaves with a wedge of house Sourdough (previous starter boxes pictured).

Mains – £14

Local roast pork, apple sauce, herb stuffing

Homity Pie” – Deep filled pie with leeks, spinach, mature cheddar in a wholemeal crust (v)

Nut Roast – our favourite vegan option

All served with roasties, seasonal vegetables and a home brewed gravy.

Or try our Summer Special choosing any of the above mains with roasties, a home grown salad and a fresh Aioli.

Desserts £5

Raspberry Tiramisu (an alternative to the coffee based classic, this features sweet wine soaked Savoiardi, fresh custard, fresh raspberries and cream)

Rhubarb & Custard Tart (ve) – using rhubarb grown by our good friend and neighbour, Dave.

We are so happy to be using new and local business Hastings Cargo for our deliveries! Fast, efficient and very planet loving. Keep an eye our for the guys when waiting for your lunch and please do spread the word about this fantastic new enterprise in our town!
