This week we have a local pork roasted overnight in cider or one of our all time faves “Beets, Leeks & Onions” on a bed of chickpea mash (Ve), both come with roasties and a selection of seasonal vegetables. Pudding is local plums roasted in sloe gin served atop vanilla ice cream.
