- Beacon Best Nut Roast; straight up vegan or rolled and fried for an extra crispy coating, on a bed of sweet potato puree
- Sussex Smokie; Rock-a-nore smoked Haddock in a cheese sauce topped with mash
Each main comes with roasties, seasonal vegetable medley and a home brewed gravy.
Dessert this week is a choice of summer berry cheesecake or vegan berry dessert with vanilla shortbread.
