Our Haven On The Hill…

Throughout the summer, we will be open every Friday evening and Sunday afternoon. All our food is freshly prepared with locally sourced ingredients where possible. We are a small, family run business that puts care and attention into all that we do to create a home from home experience…

Friday 13th 4-10pm Garden Kitchen

The Garden Kitchen opens weekly from 4pm on a Friday, mainly offering delicious hand stretched wood fired pizzas. Our bar has a great menu of beers, wines and other drinks, some sourced from local breweries and vineyards.

Saturday – Private Hire

Let us know if you’d like to hire our space and gardens for your event, get in touch via email beaconhastings@gmail.com

Sunday 15th Lunch 12.30-4ish – Booking highly advised

Our Sunday roasts are a labour of love! The majority of our meat is sourced from a nearby farm in Netherfield ensuring the highest attention to animal welfare, the vegetables (if not home grown) hand selected from a local grocer and each dish is made, from scratch, here in the house.

This weeks menu…

  • roast chicken, herby stuffing
  • Beacon Best Nut Roast; served straight up (vegan) or rolled and fried for an extra crispy coating (v)
  • Sussex Smokie; Rock-a-nore smoked haddock in a cheese sauce, topped with mash

Each main comes with roasties, seasonal vegetable medley and a home brewed gravy.

Starters are designed on the day using ingredients that we have to hand but usually offered in the form of a sharing platter, a perfect way to start your meal over a drink with your favourites.

Kids menu of half roast or meat/veggie bangers available each week.

Dessert this week is a choice of summer berry cheesecake or vegan Sticky Toffee Pudding.
