As we travel further into the summer, The Beacon will be open Friday-Sunday every week (starting in July) for you to come and enjoy the dining room, bar and gardens. Come and see us for cocktails, cakes, local liquor drinks list and a new summer menu, bringing lighter options to share with your favourites. Watch out for grazing boards of local meats & fish, fresh salads, hand made wood fired breads and a varied selection of vegetarian and vegan delights.

If you’ve been meaning to visit us recently for a Sunday Roast then fear not! We will be running the menu until the end of June…

Please call us to book a table for any of the following..

June 13th – Local pork with homemade apple sauce (£18) or Beacon Beets Tower; balsamic roast beetroot & red onion, sizzled leeks & pine nuts all piled high on a bed of infused chickpea mash (£16) (ve)

June 20th – Local Lamb with minted redcurrant (£20) or Homity Pie; leeks, spinach, mature cheddar and potato deep filled in a wholemeal crust (£16) (v). Vegan option available.

June 27th – Local topside of beef with fresh horseradish (£18) or Beacons Best Nut Roast (£16) (vegetarian or vegan options)

As always, each main comes with roasties, a selection of seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and a home brewed gravy.

Dessert, kids and grazing board menus available as well as weekly cocktails and cakes
