Its the most wonderful time to END THIS YEAR…

Our December menu is now available to see on the website. We are open every Sunday until the 20th with tables in and out, offering our best Sunday roast options with a nod to these festive times.

Kicking off this Sunday, available to eat here (indoors with guests from your household or “bubble”), outdoors (weather permitting) or to take away.

Local roast pork (slow cooked shoulder & belly), herby stuffing & apple sauce

Homity Pie – Wholemeal crust deep filled with creamy leeks, home grown spinach, mature cheddar & potato with a cheesy topping (v)

Nut Roast – our best recipe using mixed nuts, plenty of fresh herbs & vegetables with red onion marmalade (ve)

As always, each main comes with roasties, the seasons finest vegetables and a home brewed gravy.

Dessert this week is a choice of custard tart with a red berry coulis or a vegan apple berry crumble & custard.

Blazing Braziers is back on December 11th! A warming evening by the fires, mandatory hearty stews and mulled cider in our front yard….

We have a menu of festive roast chicken, herby stuffing, pigs in blankets & cranberry sauce, our best nut roast with chestnuts & mulled cranberries, dauphinoise potatoes, braised red cabbage & maple glazed roots. A choice of desserts and even a possible cocktail kit!

Hand made in house, including edible decorations. Get your order in soon, have it delivered (locally) to a loved one or enjoy it all for yourself! Choose from classic chocolate, chocolate orange or a gingerbread special with white icing. £20 each.
