Its our final Sunday of the year, the winter solstice and almost time for a break. So, we’d like to invite all of our friends for a mulled wine and mince pie this Sunday. Should the weather stay dry, we’ll be lighting the braziers for extra warmth outside. Please do come along and see us before we close for a well earned rest.
We will, of course, be serving lunches that day so do book a table if you intend to eat. Its a festive one! We’ll be serving up local roast chicken with stuffing and fresh cranberry sauce or a puff pastry topped winter vegetable pie (v) (ve), each served with roasties, seasonal freshly cooked vegetables and a gravy. Also, a choice of additional sides including pigs in blankets and cauliflower cheese. From the bar, mulled wine and a Kir Royal as well as our usual beers, wines and spirits,
Kids, starter, dessert and vegan menu always available.
To book a table please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on (01424) 431 305. If you’d like to join us for a drink in the later part of the afternoon then there’s no need to book although the garden space will be weather depending.
Please see our website (www.beaconhastings.com) for details on classes running through January, to get in touch with us and to check out info on an event happening on the 10th, a supper talk hosted by Sarah Janes and her far out world of lucid dreaming!
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from us all at The Beacon!
