But not too late to pick spinach for your pies today. Wilted with leeks and mixed with Sunblush tomatoes, artichokes, ricotta and a sprinkling of cheese then baked in filo pastry. He does so much for us here @thebeacon_hastings, all the fixings up, patching, digging and building. If you don’t know him, you’ll find him marching round the garden swearing loudly to himself.
